THE APARTMENTS
There are 6 apartments in the Belvedere complex all offering slightly different facilities and accommodation opportunities. All the apartments have a light and modern open plan living and dining room presents itself to guests and is ideally suited for a self catering holiday, with a contemporary fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with sofa, TV and DVD player. For greater flexibility the sofa can be arranged into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests, if desired.

Belvedere residence also boasts access to the sunny Outdoor Private Resident Swimming pool which is situated to the front of the Residence and which features sun loungers for guests to relax on. Private parking is also provided next to the residence for convenience.

Apartment 1. Apartment 1 is situated on the ground floor of the private residence and can accommodate a party of 4 guests. Being situated on the ground floor of the low rise residence it is fully accessible. The property offers a beautiful and tastefully decorated Master Bedroom with double bed as well as a contemporary fitted Bathroom.

Apartment 3. Apartment 3 is situated on the first floor of the Private residence and can be reached by either one flight of marble stairs or by Lift, so is easily accessible for guests of all ages and abilities.
The apartment has a light and spacious Master Bedroom with Double Bed, a newly fitted modern Bathroom and a charming sunny balcony where you can relax out on and take in the Lake Como scenery.
